How To Use

Adults: Initially take two capsules three times daily for 4–6 weeks. Thereafter take two capsules in the morning and two at night.

Teenagers (16-18): One capsule in the morning and two at night.

Teenagers (12-15): Initially take one capsule three times daily for 4–6 weeks. Thereafter take one capsule in the morning and one at night.

Significant improvement should be noticed within 3-5 weeks, although some people respond much sooner.

Caution: Safety in pregnancy has not yet been established. Do not take Mindsoothe together with other anti-depressants. If you suffer from high blood pressure, only use Mindsoothe under medical supervision.
