General Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 7 working days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 3 working days at
sales@naturalwholesalers.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a credit which can be used on your next order.
The Return Process
- Log a Return: Please log your return by emailing sales@naturalwholesalers.com.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Credit Method: A credit note will be processed and that credit can be used on the customer next order.
Consumer Protection Act Compliance
This policy is in line with the CPA and ECT Act. In instances of defective goods, the consumer may elect to have the goods replaced or credited.
