Nat mur. (6C), Kali mur. (6C), Kali sulph. (6C), Gallium (D3), Urtica urens (D3), Lactose (inactive ingredient)

Directions

Teens & Adults: Dissolve 2 tablets under your tongue in a clean mouth  2 - 4 times daily.

Babies & Children: Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue 2 - 4 times daily. Tablet may also be crushed and sprinkled in the mouth. 

One can also crush two tablets and dissolve in about 100 ml of water and spray or sponge onto the skin.
