African Helichrysum Essential Oil (Helichrysum Odoratissimum), Buchu Essential Oil (Buchu Betulina), Namibian Myrrh Essential Oil (Commiphora Wildii), Umhlonyane Essential Oil (African Wormwood/Artemisia Afra)

Directions for use

Add 15 drops to a humidifier or bowl with boiling water and inhale. Cover your head with a cloth for more effective inhalation.
