How to use

Simply add boiling water to couscous in a bowl. Abide by the 1:1 rule (60g of couscous, you will need 60ml of boiling water). Leave covered until couscous is cooked. Fluff with a fork and serve. Alternatively, bring water (ideally a vegetable broth) to the boil in a saucepan, add butter and salt and stir in couscous, remove from heat and let the couscous stand until cooked.

Note: After opening, store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
